Terms of Use

Terms for using ICE Arrests, a free reader for public immigration arrest records.

Last Updated: August 29, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ICE Arrests, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service

The app presents public U.S. immigration enforcement records grouped by city, county, and month. It is free, requires no account, and has no purchases or subscriptions.

What This App Is Not

The app does not show where ICE agents are now. There are no live alerts, no sightings, no user reports, and no way to submit one. It is a historical record: releases arrive weeks to months after the fact, and the most recent month is always still filling in.

Data Accuracy

Data comes from public FOIA releases and is reproduced as published. We work to keep it current, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Arrests are filed to the arresting office's city, which is not always where the person lives or was found.

Government Affiliation

ICE Arrests is not affiliated with ICE, DHS, DOJ, or any other government agency, nor with the Deportation Data Project. The app summarizes public data for informational purposes only.

No Legal Advice

This app is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use it for informational purposes only and consult a qualified immigration attorney for legal guidance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app unlawfully, reverse engineer it, bypass access controls, or use it to harass, target, or endanger any person.

Changes and Termination

We may update these terms and may suspend or terminate access for violations. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
